Important Service Guidelines
- Message Delivery Time: Campaigns can be sent from Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM IST only. New campaigns cannot be submitted after 5:30 PM. However, you can schedule your campaign for the next business working hours (the next day)
- Sunday: Non-working day ( messages will not be deliverved )
- Usage Policy: Only business/promotional messages are allowed, Personal or individual chats are strictly not permitted
- Message Delivery Duration: Message delivery time is 20 minutes to 1 hour (may take up to 4 hours for large volumes, subject to WhatsApp processing)
